Staking
The primary way for CHRF users to build wealth is to stake their tokens. Users stake their CHRF, locking it into the ecosystem and receive sCHRF in exchange (which will always be exchangeable for CHRF at a 1:1 ratio). Over time, the floor price of CHRF owned by stakers will increase, bringing more profit and reducing exposure risk. Staking CHRF becomes less risky and more profitable over time given that the protocol ensures a rising price floor, and stakers will receive stablecoin rewards, staking for long enough will bring a user’s cost basis below the initial purchase price of CHRF.
