In the Treasury Backing section, we saw how TAV won’t be allowed to fall due to market price fluctuations of CHRF. The only cases where TAV will reduce will be during stablecoin rewards distribution and unexpected losses from treasury investments.
The ultimate goal of the protocol is to utilize the treasury funds and build an ecosystem such that net inflow in treasury, balances out the decrease due to reward distribution. This will in turn create a passive yield generating currency, with an ever-increasing floor price.
